Bulgur Mujadara
Ingredients:
2 cups Coarse brown bulgur.1 cup Brown lentils.4 Large onions (sliced for frying).1/2 cup Olive oil.
Instructions:
Boil lentils until half-cooked.Add the washed bulgur to the lentils and cover with water.Fry onions in olive oil until dark brown. Pour the oil over the bulgur and lentils.Simmer until the water is absorbed. Top with the crispy onions.
