Palestinian Red Kofta

Ingredients:​Kofta:

1 kg Minced meat, parsley, onions, and allspice.​Sauce: 4 large tomatoes (sliced), 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 onion (sliced), and 2 cups of water.​Vegetables: 3 Potatoes (sliced and fried).

Instructions:​

Form the meat into fingers or a flat layer in the tray.​Layer the fried potatoes and fresh tomato slices on top.​Mix tomato paste with water and salt, then pour over the tray.​Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens.
