Palestinian Red Kofta
Ingredients:Kofta:
1 kg Minced meat, parsley, onions, and allspice.Sauce: 4 large tomatoes (sliced), 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 onion (sliced), and 2 cups of water.Vegetables: 3 Potatoes (sliced and fried).
Instructions:
Form the meat into fingers or a flat layer in the tray.Layer the fried potatoes and fresh tomato slices on top.Mix tomato paste with water and salt, then pour over the tray.Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens.
