Palestinian Musabaha
Ingredients:
2 cups Boiled chickpeas (hot).1/2 cup Tahini.1/2 cup Lemon juice.2 cloves of Garlic (crushed).The Spicy Sauce (Tatbilat): Green chili, lemon, and garlic mashed together.Topping: Extra virgin olive oil and paprika.
Instructions:
Keep some whole chickpeas aside. Mash the rest slightly while they are hot.Whisk tahini, lemon juice, and garlic with a little warm chickpea water until creamy.Fold the warm chickpeas into the tahini mixture.Pour the spicy lemon-chili sauce on top.Drizzle generously with olive oil and serve immediately.
